Notification on Future Token Release
Dear Razers,
In our June project report, we talked about how we believe that the past few months has brought a “range-bound correction phase”. It is only logical to ignore the short-term noise and continue our focus on building Raze Network and growing our partner ecosystem, expanding the future impact of our privacy-preserving project.
We at Raze Network believe firmly that privacy is our fundamental right and its protection should be the focus of our future. Our team has been working hard to bring awareness to more people and achieve our goal of protecting and anonymizing individual history. It is certainly a long march and we are proud of what we have accomplished so far, together.
Key Result 1: Testnet Launch
Our devs have finished the testing of all contracts and front-end algorithms. The deploying test of the Mint, Transfer and Redeem contracts on Ethereum has been completed. The interaction with the front-end interface is operating properly. The Ethereum codes have all been completed. Our engineers have demonstrated that there were no problems associated with them.
We plan to launch Raze Network’s Testnet on BSC first due to gas and security considerations. After that, we will launch the ETH version and other EVM-supported Mainnet versions.
Raze Network’s public Testnet launch is imminent.

At the time of this writing, we have built up an ecosystem of more than 35 crypto projects and the number is growing weekly.

Raze Network has formed a team of great talents all around the world that work around the clock, all with the singular mission of building the Raze Network project. To achieve this, we launched several recruiting campaigns to hunt for the most brilliant minds in the market.
The new and improved Raze Ambassador Program has received more than 240 applications so far.
Investor/Advisor/Team Vesting Schedule Proposal
Despite the fact that we have fulfilled all major promises to date, the current market situation takes a toll, not only on Raze, but on all existing projects in this space. Price charts of the top cryptocurrencies are the best evidence of how much investor enthusiasm has been quelled.
Therefore, we believe we are justified in our proposal to delay the future $RAZE token releases to alleviate the systematic deterioration of both our community and investor confidence.
We believe by doing so we will address community speculation on the unlocking of team, advisor, and investor tokens, and the associated risk of an increased sell pressure brought on by this market, which can adversely affect both price and investor confidence.
We want to reiterate to the entire Raze Network community our steadfast belief in our mission and reassure you that the entire team is in this for the long haul.
$RAZE Tokens Vesting Adjustment Options as follows:
Option A
No circulating supply in the short term, future tokens will be released when the market recovers and Raze Network Mainnet is live.
Seed Sale: The rest of the locked tokens of Seed Sale will vest every 6 months over the next 12 months
Private Sale: The rest of the locked tokens of Private Sale will vest every 6 months over the next 12 months
Advisors: The rest of the locked tokens of Advisor tokens will vest every 6 months over the next 12 months
Team: 0% unlocked for 12 months from TGE, then monthly vesting over 12 months
Option B
Huge circulating supply increase in the short term, but eliminate new selling pressure in the long term.
Seed Sale: The rest of the locked tokens of Private Sale will be fully unlocked on the next distribution to stop the future selling pressure from the monthly unlocks
Private Sale: The rest of the locked tokens of Private Sale will be fully unlocked on the next distribution to stop the future selling pressure from the monthly unlocks
Advisors: The rest of the locked Advisor tokens will be fully unlocked to stop the future selling pressure.
Team: The rest of the locked Team tokens will continue with the same vesting as before
Note: Only the option that gains 2/3 of the total votes will be adopted, otherwise, the original vesting schedule would remain valid.
