Raze Network — Bi-Weekly Update
Dear Razers,
So here is our promised update regarding Business Development, Technological Development & Marketing. We do our best to provide you with these kinds of updates from now on a bi-weekly basis, though sometimes there can be a small delay of a few days.
How & Why We Do What We Do
Let’s have a look at the Business aspect of our brand first to explain to you and share some background in regards to how & why we do what we do.
When launching our BSC Mainnet in mid-November last year, we noticed that the crypto market was shifting towards a bearish trend, and the continuation of the bullish sentiment was very uncertain. Since we had announced the launch already we decided to launch regardless. In hindsight timing-wise, this was not the best time to market. Sometimes it is better to delay things a bit to reap the fruits of what the market has to offer. The same applies to the hiring of new staff.
To reserve capital it sometimes is better to delay the onboarding to a point where there is an uptick in the market again like we experience right now. As a new project to be successful timing, strategy and endurance are key & it wouldn’t make sense to spend these kinds of funds in a bear market.
The Crypto / Blockchain market, in general, is very unpredictable & volatile since it is still a young industry. So for example announcing new partnerships or doing paid promotions in a market in which sentiment is very bearish won’t make a big difference in overall valuation. Making these kinds of strategic decisions is probably the toughest thing to do. We are very well aware that although we have a long-term vision of building a great product that satisfies all market needs and is beneficial in regard to solving many challenges, our community might have other short-term expectations, desires, or interests.
Rest assured, we’re in it for the long run & the RAZE NETWORK story is far from over!
Hiring of New Talents
So with that being said, we believe the market now is showing strong signs of reversal/bullish continuation, and timing-wise now is a good time to onboard new staff as soon as possible to help us RazeTheStakes, create as much awareness as possible and bring a spotlight to our multichain privacy-first blockchain vision.
Many projects are unable to survive a couple of bearish months, but those that can ride the waves & have an agile approach will have a glorious future ahead of them. So stick with us and thank you very much for your continuous support!
In regards to the hiring of new staff, early next week we will actively go on a hunt and open up again the BD & Marketing Operations Manager Position to lead the strategy, initiatives & campaigns for our growing ecosystem of partners and community and build and execute a strategic vision to drive project growth and build RAZE NETWORK into a recognizable name within the multichain DeFi and Web 3.0 landscape. Please look forward to our upcoming recruitment announcements.
Welcome Our New Raze Ambassador
Furthermore we’d like to announce that we recently onboarded @Saleh_Bakrii as our new Raze Ambassador. We are very fortunate he accepted our offer and value his proactive approach, ideas and creativity. As you might have noticed, Saleh won the RazeTheStakes campaign in December last year. Saleh joined crypto in late 2019 and helps us in Social Media, creating posts, graphic design & is very visible in our Telegram channel. Also he recently started an Arabian RAZE Telegram Announcement Channel (https://t.me/Raze_Arabic_Announcements), created a video for the announcement of our Roadmap v2.0 (https://youtu.be/3OiSHIJWBEc) and has something exciting to announce shortly.
On the Marketing Side
We plan to onboard a top notch Marketing manager by the end of this month and have exciting news to share with you in that regard shortly after. At this moment we have our RazeTheStakes campaign running.
On February 1st we announced the January winner @Star_Fox_2022
We recently organized our RAZE AMA EP01 in our RAZE Official Telegram Channel
Meanwhile of course our devs will work on the specific tasks and development direction under each milestone in our Roadmap V2.0
Technological Development
Finally, in regards to Technological Development, we can inform you that
- The priority of the Raze Network tech team is to bring more talents to help us with optimizing Raze Network Mainnet.
- In the coming weeks, we are looking to implement multiple UI/UX improvements, bring more cryptocurrencies transaction functions, and expand our privacy-preserving techniques.
- $RAZE staking is on our agenda too. More likely, we will be working with a third-party platform to enable $RAZE staking to reserve manpower and work on our pendant issues.
Thank you Razers for your patience and support, let’s look forward to the next chapter!
