Preface

First and foremost, we want to express our sincerest gratitude to all supporters, investors, and advisors from all over the world. Without your help, this launch could never have happened. ❤️

With that being said, we are well aware that our TGE (Token Generation Event) can be a fairly novel concept for many people. And, even if you are a crypto veteran, each TGE can, and often will be different in the overall design. So, let’s walk through, step by step, how this event works.

Rest assured that every detail, step, and jargon term and assumption will be explained in a plain and simple manner so no misunderstanding is probable. However, If there is still doubt, please feel free to reach out to our team via telegram.

The Rationale behind our Strategy

At this stage, we feel strongly that our next step should be to create as much privacy awareness as possible, to bring more spotlight to our vision and future endeavors, and eventually shining a light on how valuable this project is to people’s online footprints.

Having talked to different platforms, multiple partners, and community veterans, we believe this token launch can help us diversify the potential risks and prevent our community from malicious acts.

Balancer LBP (Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool) has almost been the default mechanism for decentralized and DeFi projects to issue tokens in a fair, linear, and non-fomo way.

Token Launch Schedule

Phase 1: Pre-sale — Genesis Community Round

• The Genesis Community Round will begin from 2nd April to 9th April.
• 100 eligible community members will be randomly selected. Each member will be rewarded $200-worth of RAZE tokens with a 25% discount.
• This round is only open to eligible contributors. To become an eligible contributor and receive the discounted RAZE tokens, you’ll have to complete community bounty tasks.
• Detailed instructions for this phase will be provided in a separate medium to follow.

Phase 2: IDO — Whitelist on Bounce, Poolz, DuckStarter, etc.

• ~960K RAZE tokens from the Public Sale allocation will be allocated to DuckStarter, Bounce and Poolz as IDO distribution.
• The IDO will officially begin from 12th April to 13th April.
• This round is only open to the investors that complete the full whitelisting and KYC process of the IDO platforms before IDOs get started.
• The price for this part of the launch will be $0.25.
• We will also collaborate with other platforms as Polkadot Ecosystem Launch and NFT Launch. Please stay tuned.
• Detailed instructions for this phase will be provided in a separate medium to follow.

Phase 3: Public Sale — Balancer LBP

• ~4.8M RAZE tokens from the Public Sale will be distributed to Balancer’s Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool (LBP).
• The Balancer LBP will officially begin from 3pm UTC, 13th April and it will last for 72 hours.
• This round is open to anyone. As previously discussed, the Balancer LBP is not like a regular Balancer pool. The price will start very high to disincentivize bots, front-running and speculation. Over time, the price will automatically decrease by design.
• Below is a graph that shows the RAZE:USDC pool weight starting at 96:4 and declining to 40:60 over 72 hours. The Balancer LBP table can refer to the RAZE LBP Calculator.
• Detailed instructions for this phase will be provided in a separate medium to follow.

Phase 4: Trade — Uniswap Pool

• After the conclusion of Balancer LBP on 16th April, Raze tokens will be listed on Uniswap to the general public for trading in 2 hours (Specific pool metrics will be announced later).
• IDO investors will receive their token at the same time while RAZE tokens list on Uniswap.
• This round is open to anyone. You can buy and sell RAZE token as you wish in the Uniswap Pool.

Phase 5: Listing — Centralized Exchange Listing (TBA)

• We aim to list RAZE token on top-tier centralized crypto exchanges in the future, choices including Binance, Huobi Global, OKex, etc.
• We believe this can better and improve the global liquidity of RAZE tokens.
• The trading pairs addresses will be announced soon.
